You should all also probably make use of the internet. It is a powerful tool if you know the hows of it...which is pretty much typing in whatever...an entire question verbatim, if you want...

There are ways to store those random interesting bits of info you come across everyday and put them to use later..and trust me it almost always comes handy, without fail.
Keep in mind however, that, sometimes there is a tendency to get carried away from what needs to be done at the moment, so, keeping track of how much time is spent on doing what would be prudent.
