Have you ever felt about how strange a very familiar word feels, at times? I have. Like the word -word. I'm like, what?? WHY? And I love digging the roots of that word i.e. etymology.
Well, as a part of my psych assignment I had to read up & I though..oh well..let's share this because it's rather interesting.
What's amazing is the fact that language, as we perceive it to be is so much more than that..animals communicate using completely different ways..what is common (almost, anyway) is the part sound plays in communication along with what we call "body language".
